The S38 is for use in low-pressure steam boilers, steam ovens and steam rooms and for humidifiers and evaporators. Protecting these appliances from limescale build-up and removing existing limescale can reduce maintenance and replacement costs and improve their efficiency.

Fitting one S38 protects these appliances from lime-scale build-up and removes the existing lime-scale too. A special feature is that the S38 is fully encapsulated to protect it from steam. The S38 fits around the pipe, is suitable for all types of pipe material and works independent of flow rate. The S38 can be also be used for management of algae and bacteria problems.
